Built on the same ground we live on
Cesar started A-1 Fencing after working around too many jobs that were rushed. A fence can look fine on day one and still have problems later because the posts, base, or drainage were skipped over.
We pay attention to the parts that keep a project solid: the layout, the base, the drainage, and the final details. That is the standard we bring to every job and stand behind with a ten-year workmanship warranty.
We work out of a yard on Pinetree Road in Rockville and serve Montgomery County, Howard County and Northwest DC. That radius is intentional. It keeps our crews close, lets us respond to warranty calls quickly, and means we actually know which permit office to call for your street.
We are proud when a past customer calls us back or sends a neighbor our way. That is how a local business grows.

No subcontracted labor. The crew on your property is on our payroll, trained by Cesar, and accountable to the same standard on every job.
We quote what it actually costs
A low number that grows through change orders is not a deal. Our proposals are itemized and fixed, and we would rather lose a bid than win one dishonestly.
We tell you when not to spend
If your deck framing is sound and only the surface has failed, we will tell you — even though a full rebuild would be a bigger invoice for us.
We clean up every single day
Tools staged, offcuts removed, magnet run over the driveway for screws. You live here while we work.

We walk the property with you, look at the grade and layout, and talk through materials and budget.

If approval is needed, we prepare the drawings, file the permit, and submit the HOA packet.

Miss Utility marks the site, then our crew gets to work and keeps the job area tidy as we go.

Walkthrough and warranty
We walk the finished work with you, handle any final adjustments, and give you your warranty information.
